IPO Advisory
Our IPO advisory services are designed to guide companies through all phases of the IPO process and ensure a smooth, valuable transition to the public markets. With deep capital markets expertise and knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory frameworks, we provide comprehensive support - from initial strategic planning to post-IPO execution.
Our advisory services include thorough due diligence, drafting investor-focused prospectuses and coordinating targeted roadshows to prepare the company to attract high-quality investors and optimize market entry.
How does the cooperation work?
First Phase
We start with pre-listing preparation, where we evaluate the company's current financial and operational structure and identify gaps.
This phase includes a comprehensive audit of financial statements, governance structures and internal controls to ensure the company is ready for public scrutiny.
Second Phase
We will also help define goals, including target valuation and timelines. This phase involves working closely with management to establish a realistic timeline and milestones, ensuring that the company is ready to go public within the required timeframe. Together with certified financial advisors, we conduct a preliminary audit of financial statements.
Third Phase
Our team works with leading law firms to ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are met. Going through the process often also requires creating or refining governance structures such as board composition, committee formation, and transparency and accountability policies. We work with underwriters to determine a competitive, market-based IPO price that is consistent with the company's objectives and market conditions.
This includes creating a syndicate structure and defining the terms of the offering. Once compliance and governance are aligned, the focus shifts to investor relations and marketing. Advisors help develop an investor relations strategy that includes clear messaging and a thorough marketing plan to attract the interest of institutional investors. This includes preparation for the IPO roadshow, where executives present the company's story, growth potential and strategic vision to potential investors, building confidence and enthusiasm for the offering.
